#1 Cochran Nissan Cranberry

Nissan Cranberry always helpful, honest and explains review of Rogue in friendly manner. No pressure techniques which I truly appreciate. Thankful service mentioned that my state inspection was due. Took care of inspection during oil change and tire rotation. Changed engine filter this visit as filthy. I really liked that I could see video of service technician as he reviewed my Rogue out in the garage, nice feature. Also, I requested battery to be checked as vehicle 5 years old. Nissan battery price was very good so I proceeded to have them take care of that too. Saved me time, and money running around to save a few dollars. Plus battery life warranty and trade in benefits if I should need. Nissan Cranberry I trust to value me as their customer!

Very helpful. Greg helped us with the purchase of our new car.He was extremely patient with all our questions and with me trying to wheel and deal with the price. I would of loved a better deal on the car ( who doesn't) but they gave us the best deal they could give us which we were happy with in the end. I loved that we could fill out the financial application online before we went to the dealership. That cut out so much time that we would of spent at the dealership sitting in an office. I would definitely go back with any future purchase.

Our Nissan Rouge broke down in Pittsburgh, Nissan connect arranged to have it sent to Cochran Nissan to get it fixed. They were extremely courteous and quick as to help us with our problem. Even though this was not the dealership we bought the car from, they treated our problem promptly. Ours was 100 miles away. Thanks to all who helped us.

If I could give less than one star I would. HORRIBLE experience! Took my Nissan to get an inspection. After finding a few things “ wrong” with my car, and $1500 later…they neglected to put the inspection sticker on my car. We were halfway home (30 minute drive) when we realized…no sticker. They claimed that the check engine light was still on when they drove it and sometimes it takes a while for it to turn off. No one told us this before we left the establishment…just let us sign and leave without telling us they didn’t complete the process. Upon calling them… they stated no big deal just come back without an appointment and they'll put it on. After 3 trips back to the dealership, they made my husband wait for 2.5 hours…hooked it up to some machine and charged us another $60 for the emissions they failed to do due to a " failed" inspection! All of this they never disclosed to us before paying them $1500 and letting us leave! We will never be returning to this establishment and we will most certainly let our friends know not to go there…so they're not taken for every dime and nickel they own!!!!
